The Melt Yard at the New Fashioned in Deer District, Summer 2026
What is it? This summer, The New Fashioned is launching a new outdoor activation celebrating two things Wisconsin does better than anywhere else: summer & cheese. We’re calling it The Melt Yard--a playful, high-energy outdoor space built around one of the most iconic food moments in the Midwest: the perfect cheese pull. Located in Milwaukee’s Deer District, The Melt Yard will invite guests to experience Wisconsin summer through melted cheese, cold drinks, and shareable moments designed for social media and group gatherings. Think sweet & savory s’mores, oversized cheese pull challenges, craveable melt menus, and backyard-style games that keep people lingering all evening.
Days & Times The Melt Yard at The New Fashioned will be open June 11 – September 7, 2026, Thursdays–Sundays and before every event at Fiserv Forum. Promotions will target Milwaukee locals, convention attendees, and leisure travelers--all looking for this summer's viral Wisconsin experience.
